Because then I could consider them tresspassers and shoot on sight. Unfortunately, the money is still in escrow and it's up to the lawyers to fight over who gets it. I'm hoping that their lawyer is smart enough to realize that his clients are morons and should just give up. I am prepared to spend all of the deposit money in court and lawyer fees just out of principle.
